Did you know that the term constellation is used just to classify stars easier? Constellations were made up by poets, astronomers, and philosophers. When these astronomers, farmers, and philosophers looked up in the sky, they saw a line of three or four consecutive stars. They classified these groups as "constellations." The farmers used the constellations as guides for when they planted their crops. Did you know the sun is a giant star? Interesting Huh.
